I'd wait until you feel you can make the minimum. That way there won't be any undue pressure added to your RL commitments (and we won't have to give you the Evil Eye for not participating!). We do calculate the stats every month and the Senior Moderator is pretty strict about bouncing new members who don't participate. But we'd love to have you and we'll still be there when you're ready! Where are you moving to? "International move" sounds quite exciting...
