Huh. My university did a study, and unsurprisingly, women who were accepted as profs before 2008 earn less than their male counterpart. The surprising bit - they're actually going to retroactively pay them some! Whodda thunk.

(Oddly, male profs who have started working after 2008 have been earning less than their female counterparts. This is.. odd.)
