Movie looks pretty good, I went and found the trailer after finishing the book. Since I really liked but didn't LOVE the book, I won't care that much if the movie is different. Not sure how they'll sell the murder of a 12-year-old as popular entertainment, though. Pretty nasty.

And yes, I'm sure your love for CoS has way more to do with a certain Death Eater (Ret.) LOL!
