Err... I'm just a greedy woman who had a long work week and needed a hit of fat and sugar. But you can believe whatever you want.

You've got to check out the dessert that I made today. I was going to wait til Wed to post it but probably won't wait much past tomorrow. I took a relatively healthy, ok, maybe it's just not too bad for you, and turned it into something that makes no claims to being healthy.

But at least it's not fried. :)
