On Tuesday, I was diverted from my usual route downtown and happened to pass the opera house. My curiosity was piqued by both Aida and The Magic Flute...glad to hear it's good! :)

It really was amazing -- Papagallo stole the show, of course, but the three fairies were fabulous as well. Reminded me of Flora, Fauna and Merriweather from Sleeping Beauty. The Queen of the Night's solo was STUNNING.
