Fox news loses control of its message (yay!)

I love this: one of Fox's pretty blonde commentators finally can't take it any more and fights back. Go Kirsten!! Full disclosure: Sean Hannity is on the board (yes, really) of Rev. Peterson's BOND organization. Ladies, if ever there was a time to be a feminazi, as unappealing as that term is, that time is now:

The Rev. Peterson has more lovely goodies here. He has a nationally syndicated talk show (why? why???) and has been "cited by Republican groups as an example of a black Republican message." Fox News, fair and balanced. Uh-huh. Pull this one and it plays jingle bells...

Jackasses like these are the main reason we haven't had a TV in the house for 7 years. I especially love how the host (Hannity, I presume?) assumes that the only way Kirstin Powers would have quotes from the 'reverend' on-hand is if she had prepped for the show beforehand. Naw, us women cain't keep more than recipes and coupon expiry dates in our pretty little heads.

Yeah, that's Hannity. And don't you love how he didn't tell her that the Rev. was going to be on the panel with her?? Like what, he thought it would be funny? Or maybe he was worried she would have refused to appear with him (I would have -- there are some stupidities you just shouldn't dignify with an argument).

I agree...no WAY I would've been in the same room as that dude.

Killing our TV was one of the best things ever. We went from plasma bigscreen to zero before our first daughter was born. Hence, we live in a idyllic world where people like Hannity don't exist. :) Unfortunately, he's not the kind of problem that goes away when you ignore it.
