That sweet potato thing looks fabulous. I'm a sucker for s. p. in virtually any way. I don't even mind the marshmallows that so many people sneer at these days, though there are so many better things to do with s. p. that I usually skip the marshmallows.

I'm planning on trying the sweet potato thing later this week. I prefer savory over sweet too. The wine was really good, but sadly, it did not last long -- we were good Klingons and killed them swiftly ;0
